At Lady Shapes, we want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase. If your order isn’t right for you, you may be eligible to return it in accordance with the terms below.
1. Return Period
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
Be unworn and unused
Be in their original condition
Have all original tags attached
Be returned in the original packaging where reasonably possible
Not show any signs of washing, damage, makeup, perfume, or other use
For hygiene reasons, shapewear, underwear, lingerie, and other intimate products may only be returned if they are unused, unworn, and in their original hygienic condition.
2. Items That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene and safety reasons, we generally cannot accept returns for:
Worn or used shapewear
Underwear or intimate products that have been worn
Items without original tags
Items that have been washed or altered
Items damaged after delivery due to customer use
Gift cards or other non-returnable items where applicable
Photos, where applicable, if the item is damaged or incorrect
Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if your return is approved.
Please do not send an item back before receiving return instructions from our team.
4. Return Shipping
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, the customer is generally responsible for the cost of returning an item.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Lady Shapes cannot be responsible for returns that are lost or damaged while being shipped back to us.
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
5. Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will normally be issued to the original payment method.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
Original shipping charges may not be refundable unless required by applicable law or the return is due to an error on our part.
Depending on stock availability, we may offer an exchange or ask you to return the original item and place a new order.
7. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us promptly at contact@ladyshapes.com.
Please provide your order number and photographs showing the issue. We will review the matter and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, exchange, refund, or other suitable resolution.
8. International Returns
Lady Shapes ships internationally. Customers outside the UK may be responsible for return shipping costs, customs charges, duties, or other costs associated with returning an item, unless the return is due to an error or faulty product.
International refunds may take additional time depending on the payment provider and banking system.
9. Sale & Promotional Items
Items purchased during sales or promotional campaigns may be subject to specific return conditions. Any applicable restrictions will be communicated on the relevant product or promotional terms.
